Lee Iver

Lee started his career in the Energy business in 2006 after attending Nichols State University. He entered the GoM as a Production Operator and Crane Operator, where he learned the business from a grass roots approach. For the next 16 years, he served in many operational and management roles, both domestically and internationally, in the disciplines of production, construction, installation, and marine management.

He has been successful at building high- performance teams and leading complex service organizations, commercial and operations teams, and is known as a problem solver with a pragmatic approach to managing people and business. Lee saw a vision to create a company that focused on inspection, asset integrity and operational support to clients facing and ever evolving and complex industry.

He founded PDI in 2011, serves as the President and continues to lead PDI’s business and people to a new era. Lee is also passionate about developing an organization that continues to contribute back to the needs of our society and share the elements of success. As one example, he founded Dream Adventures to serve as an outreach vehicle to serve sick and underprivileged children.
